I knocked my laptop off a 5' high shop workbench and it when straight onto the concrete. I though it was a lost cause. Dave quickly ran through a diagnostic checks, found the problem, and had a solution for me with a 2 day turnaround. He replaced the hard drive, loaded new updated operating software, and supplied a Microsoft office package for an unbeatable price. Very professional and great to work with, i will be seeing him for all my future needs!
